All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders placed after 2 PM PST will be processed the next business day. During high-demand times (sales, holidays, launches), processing may take slightly longer — but trust us, it’s worth the wait.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Wrong Address
If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for reshipping fees.
